Lobbee is a social gaming platform that helps users:

• Discover and track games across platforms.
• Connect with other players through profiles, friends, and gaming handles.
• Create, join, and manage gaming sessions at home or in gaming cafés.
• Find and engage with local gaming lounges, cafés, and events.
• Share highlights, posts, and reactions with the community.

Venue owners may list their locations and events through the Services.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Lobbee.
• If you are under 18 years old, you may only use the Services with parental or guardian consent.
• By registering, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Accounts and Security

• You must create an account to access most features.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use Lobbee to:

• Violate any applicable laws.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Upload or share harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
• Harass, threaten, or exploit other users.
• Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Services.

Lobbee reserves the right to remove content or suspend/terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Content Ownership & License

• You retain ownership of the content you post (e.g., photos, text, highlights, usernames).
• By posting, you grant Lobbee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Services for operational and promotional purposes.
• Venue listings and events remain the responsibility of the listing owner.

7. Venue and Event Listings

• Venue owners and event organizers represent that they have the authority to submit listings.
• Lobbee does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or quality of any listed venue or event.
• Users are responsible for their own safety when attending in-person meetups.

8. Badges, Rewards, and Levels

Lobbee may offer badges, XP, or engagement-based rewards. These are virtual items with no monetary value and may be modified, revoked, or discontinued at any time.

9. Third-Party Links and Integrations

Lobbee may include links or integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., Discord, Xbox, PlayStation). Lobbee is not responsible for those platforms, and their terms apply separately.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Lobbee is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, accuracy, or reliability. Use is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lobbee and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted, and continued use of the Services indicates acceptance.
