By accessing or using the Lobbee app or website ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Description of Service

Lobbee is a platform that allows gamers to discover games, connect with other players, join gaming sessions, and find local gaming lounges or cafés. The platform also allows lounge/café owners to list their venues.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Lobbee. If under 18, you may use the Services only with parental or guardian consent.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to maintain the security of your credentials.

5. Use of Services

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful or prohibited activity
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload harmful or inappropriate content

Lobbee may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your content (e.g. profile data, photos), but grant Lobbee a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it within the platform for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.

7. Venue Listings

Venue owners submitting listings confirm they have the authority to represent the venue. Lobbee is not responsible for the accuracy of any listing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Lobbee is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. In no event shall Lobbee be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Lobbee after changes implies acceptance.
